Refund & Cancellation Policy – EduCareWay

All counselling session payments made to EduCareWay are non-refundable.

A student may reschedule a session once, provided a minimum of 12 hours notice is given.

If EduCareWay cancels a session due to any reason, a full refund or reschedule option will be provided.
